To you who know true values

  It speaks to me. Thank you, shopping sign for noting my integrity. And yet, I chose to buy nothing that day. Eight months into living near the PNU area and I’ve learned to resist the urge to buy everytime the only English word “sale” is put up at a store front.

Shinsegae Department Store

  In sand form. Shinsegae, in Hauendae, Busan is the world’s largest department store. Here it is in smaller scale on the beach. The actual store is nice to stroll through but not so fun to spend your money in as most of the shops are designers brands.

Just what my night needs…

The ever popular Doraemon smack on your rear end. Or go for the slightly less popular Spongebob. I myself might go for the Superman underwear only for the fact that I’d feel like a secret superhero wearing these clothes under my daily garments. Taken at one of the outdoor clothes stands in PNU.  

Shoes of Korea

 Spring is here, so while that’s when shoe stores will start displaying more flats, sandals, and heels, it really doesn’t matter since Korean girls tend to wear in the year-round, sunshine or rain, hot or freezing.

At a music store in the PNU area.  There’s so many different shops to visit in PNU that offer me opportunities to find interesting little items such as these colorful instruments. May 2011.
